NJMBDA has created a fresh, forward-thinking championship format that is built squarely on our core mission: doing what’s best for the growth and long-term success of New Jersey marching bands.

This model will assist in providing an “A/Open-Class” experience that is uniquely tailored to NJMBDA with a focus on serving the diverse member bands that make up our organization.

Member ensembles will have the chance to compete for a Class Championship, an A-Class Championship or an Open-Class Championship that will crown the one and only - NJMBDA State Champion.

Join us and be part of the next chapter of elevating the marching arts in New Jersey!
